摘要
目前灌浆记录仪已被广泛应用于国内大型水电站的灌浆施工检测计量中,但由于标准的缺失和生产厂家的无序发展,造成工程中使用的灌浆记录仪良莠不齐。本文简要介绍了灌浆记录仪的发明、发展过程,通过技术比较阐述了灌浆记录仪的使用现状和发展趋势,针对潜在的问题提出了解决办法,以为相关采购、选择和使用单位提供参考,并希望引起行业管理者更多的关注。
The grouting recorder has been widely used in domestic onstruction of large hydroelectric power stations to test the quantity of grouting work,but because of the lack of Industry standards and manufacturers’ disorderly development,resulting in grouting recorders used in project are mixed-up.This paper introduces the invention and development of grouting recorder,elaborated the status and development trends of grouting recorder by technical comparison,raised solutions for potential issues to provide a reference for selection and use of grouting recorder,what’s more,expecting to draw industry executives’ attention to the problem.
