我国家电企业售后服务的现状分析与对策 被引量:1

摘要 随着国内家电市场的竞争加剧,家电的售后服务也得到充分的发展。本文对目前国内的家电企业售后服务现状进行分析,并对存在的问题提出相应的解决方法。家电企业应根据自身的实际情况,逐渐使售后服务产业化、品牌化和商品化,切实提高产品的服务质量,以获取最大的利益。
