摘要
文章回顾、分析了国内学者对矿产资源政策参与宏观调控的研究成果,主要包括三方面,即矿产资源政策参与宏观调控的必要性和可行性、思路和框架,以及实践。在此基础上,对下一步需要开展的工作做了相关讨论。
The paper reviews and analyzes the domestic Achievements of mineral resources policy under the macro-control,including three aspects,namely,the necessity and practicability,ideas and the framework,and the practice of mineral resources policy under the macro-control.On this basis,it discusses the most urgent tasks.
