伴及不伴淋巴结转移乳腺癌组织中肌球蛋白重链SMMHC表达对比研究

摘要 目的:研究SMMHC在乳腺癌转移中的作用。方法:收集乳腺癌标本57例,其中伴有腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌标本32例,不伴有腋窝淋巴结转移的25例,通过免疫组化方法检测肌球蛋白SMMHC在其中的表达。结果:伴有腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌标本32例,SMMHC表达阳性率90.6%,且强阳性表达(以上)占62.5%;不伴有腋窝淋巴结转移阳性表达率80%,强阳性表达(以上)占16%,两者表达有差异。结论:伴有腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌标本中SMMHC的表达明显强于不伴有腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌标本,提示SMMHC的高表达与乳腺癌细胞的定向迁移以及乳腺癌转移有一定关系。 Objective: To study effection of SMMHC in breast cancer metastasis. Methods: 57 cases specimens of breast cancer were collected, 32 cases with lymph nodes metastasis, 25 cases without lymph nodes metastasis, SMMHC expression was detected by immunohistochemstry. Results: SMMHC positive rate was 90. 6% in metastasis cases, and strong positive expression(++ and above) accounted for 62. 5% ;for without metastasis samples, SMMHC positive rate was 80%, and strong positive expression accounted for 16%. There was significantly difference between two kinds of breast cancer sample. Conclusion: SMMHC is significantly stronger in breast cancer metastasis samples than without metastasis sample, suggesting SMMHC is related with directional migration of breast cancer cell and breast cancer metastasis.
