摘要
大力发展战略性新兴产业是我国在后金融危机时期的战略性选择。发展战略性新兴产业,首先要根据产业创新力、产业引领力、产业持续力、产业聚集力、产业碳减力五力特征正确选择战略性新兴产业,其次要筑牢市场、科技、资本三大支撑力,最后要强化政策举措落实力,通过三方面的有机结合实现战略性新兴产业的良性发展。
For developing the strategic emerging industries vigorously is the strategic development plan of our country at the period of latter financial crisis, the urgent duty is to carry it out. To develop the strategic emerging industries, first of all, we should select the strategic emerging industries correctly after the comprehensive consider- ation of five forces＇ characteristics, which are industry innovation force, industry leading force, industry sustain- ability force, industry agglomeration force and industry carbon-reducing force. Secondly, three support forces, which are market, technology and finance should be constructed firmly. At last, the force of implementation should be substantiated. The target of healthy development of strategic emerging industries will come true by combining the three aspects.
