摘要
首先运用赫兹理论对单排四点接触球式回转轴承承受径向载荷和轴向载荷时的接触问题进行分析,给出回转轴承接触应力、接触角和变形量的计算公式,然后根据计算公式编写回转轴承计算程序。结合液压挖掘机实例,计算出在不同工况下的接触应力和接触角,进而分析影响回转轴承接触应力的因素,给出避免轴承过早失效的方法。
Analysis the contact problem of single-row four points contact ball type slewing is exposed to bearing radial load and axial load with Hertz theory,given slewing bearing contact stress,contact angle and deformation formula,then VB program was compiled according to the slewing bearing calculation formula.Calculation the contact stress and contact angle in the different conditions with examples of hydraulic excavators.Analysis the influencing factor of slewing bearing contact stress,given means to prevent premature bearing failure for reference.
