摘要
目的探讨联合使用空气波压力治疗仪治疗糖尿病肾病双下肢水肿的临床疗效。方法 2009年10月～2010年5月对70例糖尿病肾病下肢水肿患者联合使用空气波压力治疗仪。将患者随机分为对照组34例和试验组36例。对照组予以常规治疗;试验组在常规治疗的基础上,予以空气波压力治疗仪辅助治疗下肢水肿,每天治疗2次,每次30min,7d为1个疗程,共治疗2周。观察治疗前后两组患者水肿疗效、下肢肢围、体重及尿量的变化。结果试验组总有效率86.1%,其疗效优于对照组,且治疗2周后,试验组患者下肢水肿程度较对照组明显改善,水肿下肢肢围、体重、尿量均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪能明显减轻糖尿病肾病双下肢水肿,对糖尿病肾病双下肢水肿有确切的辅助治疗作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Intermittent pneumatic compression （IPC） on lower edematous limbs in patients with Diabetic Nephropathy. Methods70 patients were recruited from October, 2009 to May, 2010. They were devided into two group and 34 were in treatment group and 36 in control group. The control group received regular therapy. The treatment group got regular therapy with IPC treatment twice a day, lasting for 30 min-utes in the course of 14 days treatment. ResultsThe total effective rate in treatment group is 86.1%, higher than the control group. The edema in low limps goes better in treatment group after two-week treatment. There are sig-inificant different between two groups in limbs＇ circumference, weight, urinary output （P 0.01 or P 0.05）.Con-clusionIntermittent pneumatic compression （IPC） has an positive effect on lower edematous limbs in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
