摘要
目的:研制了环吡酮胺涂膜剂,探讨该涂膜剂的控释机理。方法:利用双室渗透扩散装置进行离体皮肤体外渗透试验,通过改变聚合物膜的厚度研究其释药机理。结果:涂膜剂中环吡酮胺以零级动力学透过皮肤,渗透速率与聚合物限速膜厚度的倒数呈良好线性关系(r=0.9926)。结论:环吡酮胺涂膜剂具有膜控型释药机理。
Objective:A ciclopirox olamine film was developed and its controlled release mechanism was studied.Methods:Ciclopirox olamine permeation tests in vitro through rat skin in two compartment diffusion cells were perfomed to study the penetration mechanism of ciclopirox olamine by changing thickness of polymer membranes.Results:The permeation of cicloprirox olamine in the film through the rats skin followed zeroorder kinetics and permeation rate was proportional to the reciprocal of the membrane thickness( r =0.9926).Conclusion:This film belongs to the membrane permeation controlled transdermal delivery system.
