摘要
针对CA488发动机配气机构特点,提出了分析装有液压调节器、顶置凸轮轴、预置气门配气机构动力学特性的一种新型多质量动力学模型,即“4+N”模型.通过模拟计算值与实测值的比较,证实了该模型的可靠性,同时用该模型分析了气门落座冲击力及其峰值与凸轮轴转速的关系.
From the charateristics of the valve hain of CA488 Engine, a new kind of multi-mass dynamic model (i. e. '4 + N'model) is developed for analysis of the dynamic properties of the valve train with a hydraulic adjuster,top-mounted camshaft and top-mounted valve. The validity of the model is verified by the comparison between calcu-lated values and actual measmnts; the regularity of seated impact force of the engine and the peak value varying with velocity of camshaft is acquired by simulation.
