摘要
提出了基于统计模型和对称性分析对复杂背景中人脸图像的检测和定位方法.由于统计模型与对称性相互融合,解决了图像目标发生形变和倾斜情况下的模型的适应性问题.特别适用于智能人机接口方面的人像定位应用,为人像识别技术的实用化提供了有效的方法.
The scheme based on the statistical model and symmetry analysis is presented to detect and locate the specific object in an image with complex background.The combination of statistical model and symmetry increases the robustness of the performance while the target is deformed and tilted.The scheme is suitable for human face location in intelligent humanmachine interfaces(HMI) and provides a groundwork to practical application of face recognition techniques(FRT).Examples for detection and experimental results are given in this paper.
