环氧丙烯酸酯型光敏胶的光固化动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用差光量热扫描仪(DPC)来监测环氧丙烯酸酯型光敏胶的光固化反应过程,提出了总反应级数为n+m的动力学模型,给出了多个动力学参数,探讨了光固化反应的各种影响因素及反应规律,依据实验数据求得了该光敏胶光固化反应的活化能和频率因子.与其它研究光固化动力学的方法比较,此法更快捷、准确、直观有效. The photocuring process of epoxyacrylate was monitored by different photocalorimetry (DPC).The reaction kinetic model was established in which total reaction order was n+m .Many kinetic parameters were given.The various factors affecting the photocuring reaction were examined.According to experimental data,the activation energy and frequency factor of the photocuring process of the photosensitive adhesives were gained.Compared with other methods of studying photocuring kinetic,this method can show the real results faster,more accurately and more directly.
