摘要
类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种常见的以关节滑膜慢性炎症病变为主的慢性全身性自身免疫疾病，其特征症状为对称性，周围性多个关节慢性炎症性病变，临床表现为受累关节疼痛、肿胀、功能下降，病变呈持续反复发作过程，还影响到心、肺、血管等器官。现代医学认为RA主要是由于多种因素引起的自身免疫反应性炎症，其中细胞免疫与体液免疫共同参与。
