摘要
当传统行业的跨国巨头们在中国市场纵横驰骋时,新兴的美国互联网巨头在中国市场整体落寞。究其原因主要在四个方面:一是中美两国网民结构特征、网络应用以及法律制度有很大差异;二是互联网企业跟传统行业有着很大差异性;三是美国互联网巨头傲慢与偏见;四是一些精干的、有抱负的本土互联网企业家们的抗争。美国互联网巨头想赢在中国,必须变现出足够的决心、耐心和细心。
When the global giants of traditional industries advance freely and quickly in the China market,the emerging U.S.internet giants go down in China.The reasons lie in four aspects.The first is that structural features,network applications and the law of sino-American netizens are very different.The second is there are great differences between internet companies and the enterprises of traditional industries.The third is American internet giants are pride and prejudice.The fourth is a number of able and aspiring local internet entrepreneurs struggle with them.So if U.S.internet giants want to win in China,they must have sufficient determination,patience and careful.
