摘要
针对压力容器接管区处于高应变梯度区的特征,用与压力容器接管的应变分布相类似的异形板来模拟接管,对不同孔径的异形板进行应力应变场的光弹性分析,给出高应变梯度区的应力分布状态,同时利用权函数理论,对裂纹尖端附近的应力强度因子进行测定。
Based on the characteristic of high strain gradients at the junction between pressure vessel and nozzle, the photoelastic analysis of stress strain was carried out by using the different diameter of the special shape plate of simulating nozzle. The stress distribution in high strain gradient region is presented, and stress intensity factors around crack are obtained according to weight function theory. This paper provides the foundation for crack fatigue growth analysis in fracture mechanics.
