摘要
开放存取(简称OA)是一种新型的出版模式,近年兴起并蓬勃发展。高校图书馆是高等学校办学的支柱之一,应成为广大师生了解OA期刊资源的窗口和利用OA期刊资源的最好入口。基此,文章介绍了"OA期刊的分布"及其利用途径、利用方式,并对OA期刊资源建设提出若干建议,如自立开发或联合开发OA期刊系统,及时调整期刊资源种类等。
Open access （OA） is a new publication style developed in the recent years. University lib- raries are one of the backbones of university education, which can serve as the window to acquire OA periodical resources and the best entrance to access the OA periodical resources. The distribution of OA periodicals, the way to their utilization and the utilization means are discussed. Suggestions about the construction of the OA periodical resources are advanced, which include self-developing or cooperatively developing an OA periodical system and adjusting timely periodical source types.
