摘要
应用表观粘度和复粘度之间的关系及前人的实验数据,验证了经典的体液粘弹性四元模型,在此基础上引入了能与实验数据吻合得更好的血液粘弹性五元模型,并对模型中各元件的作用和生理意义进行了讨论。为结合临床,采用五元模型对家兔脊缺血损伤后的血流变特性进行讨论,其结果提示:模型中各元件系数在表征血液的流变特性时具有较好的特异性。
Applying the known relation between apparent viscosity and the magnitudes of complex viscosity as well as other scientists′ previous experimental data,we have verified the traditional 4 element model for the flow characteristics of body fluids.On this basis,we have intrduced a new 5 element model which yields in better agreement with experiment data.Each component of this 5 element model has been discussed and explained.For potential clinic application,we have analyzed the animal experiment with spinal ischemic injury model.The results show that each elements coefficient of this 5 element model has better specificity for indicating the flow characteristics of body fluids,and the coefficient can be directly used as index for clinic test and study.
