摘要
目的探讨更为微创且方便实用的腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的术式。方法对2009年7月至2010年5月我院使用常规Lc器械为191例患者行两孔法LC的资料进行总结分析。结果186例成功完成两孔法LC，5例改为3～4孔法，无中转手术及手术并发症。结论采用两孔法LC安全可行，在不增加特殊器械及医疗费用的情况下，具有更加微创的优点。
Objective To explore a new, practical and mini -invasive operative method of laparoscopie eholecystectomy（LC）. Methods The clinical data of 191 patients who underwent two - port LC by using conventional laparoscopic instruments from July 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The procedure was completed smoothly in 189 patients. Five patients were converted to three - port LC. No conversion to laparotomy occurred. No operation - related complications developed. Concluson Two - port LC is a safe, effective and more mini - invasive method with no additional special equipment and medical expenses.
