摘要
在群决策分析中,如何评判专家水平是一个重要课题,针对群决策中基于区间数决策矩阵形式偏好信息的评判专家水平问题,提出了一种分析方法。首先,给出了有关区间数、专家群体区间数决策矩阵的定义及其决策矩阵的规范化方法;然后,通过定义专家与专家群体关于方案排序向量之间的偏差,给出了基于理想点法的区间数决策矩阵形式偏好信息的专家评判水平的分析方法。同时,利用聚类分析方法,给出了专家评判水平分类的判别方法;最后,通过一个算例说明给出的分析方法。
It is an important research topic how to analyze the assessment level of experts in group decision analysis.With respect to the problem of assessment level of experts based on interval numbers decision matrices,in this paper,an analytic method is proposed.First,concepts on the interval number,interval numbers decision matrix of experts and a method of normalizing the decision matrix are introduced.Then,based on defining deviation between individual interval numbers vectors and interval numbers collective vector about alternatives on indexes,an analytic method to each expert'assessment level based on TOPSIS method is given.Meanwhile,a ranking approach to assessment level of experts is also obtained based on the classification analysis method.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed approach.
