摘要
的 :观察 β受体阻滞剂在扩张型心肌病中的疗效。方法 :82例扩张型心肌病并充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为 A、B两组 ,B组在 A组常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗基础上 ,加用适量β受体阻滞剂 ,治疗 8周 ,观察血流动力学、运动耐量、临床症状的变化情况。结果 :B组各项观察指标均明显改善 ,病人生活质量有明显提高。结论 :β受体阻滞剂治疗扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭安全有效。
Objective:To observe the effect of β receptor blocking agent in dilated cardiomyopathy.Method:Eighty two congestive heart failure patients caused by dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) were divided into two groups.Cases in group A were treated with traditional method,such as cardiotonic,diuretic and vessel dilator.The β receptor blocking agent was added in group B cases.The hemodynamics,exercise endurance and clinical symptoms were observed after 8 week treatment.Result:All items became better significantly and life quality raised obviously in group B casas.Conclusion:The β receptor blocking agent is safe and effective in treating dilated cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure.
