摘要
目的对中药清香藤(Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb.)的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从清香藤提取物的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到了8个化合物,即腺嘌呤核苷(a-denosine,1)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,2)、反式对香豆酸(E-p-coumatic acid,3)、白桦脂酸(betulinicacid,4)、松脂素((+)-pinoresinol,5)、Erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hy-droxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(6)、threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(7)、jasminlan A(8)。结论化合物1、2、5、6、7为首次从清香藤植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate the constituents of Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb.and identify their structures.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column Sephadex LH-20,and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results Eight compounds were identified as adenosine(1),caffeic acid(2),E-p-coumatic acid(3),betulinic acid(4),(+)-pinoresinol(5),Erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(6),threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(7),jasminlan A(8).Conclusions Compounds 1,2,5,6 and 7 are isolated from Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb for the first time.
