摘要 为了控制垃圾焚烧处理过程中产生的烟气二次大气污染,提出了一种城市垃圾焚烧的智能融合控制策略。文中针对垃圾焚烧炉运行特点,结合垃圾焚烧燃烧机理和污染物生成机理,研究了被控对象特性,对被控过程提出了基于仿人智能的融合控制策略,构造了相应的控制算法。最后,以一个近似垃圾焚烧被控对象特性的大滞后二阶模型为例,分别采用史密斯最优控制和所提出的控制算法作了仿真对比实验,其输出响应曲线在抗干扰性能和控制指标方面,该融合控制策略明显优于史密斯最优控制算法的控制效果。实验结果表明该策略是合理可行与有效的,其算法控制精度高,动、静态控制品质好,表现出很强的鲁棒性。 To control the secondary atmosphere pollution caused by smoke in the process of garbage incineration,the paper presents an intelligence fusion control strategy for city garbage incineration. Based on the the properties of garbage incinerator and the mechanism of garbage combustion and contamination generation,a fusion control strategy based on simulated human intelligence for the controlled process,and its control algorithm has been devloped. A case study using a second-order model with large time lag that is very similar to controlled object characteristic of garbage incineration was conducted. The case study made the comparative experiments of digital simulation by the Smith' optimal controller and the proposed fusion control algorithm respectively under the platform of MATLAB. The response curve of simulations shows that the proposed fusion control algorithm is better than that of Smith' optimal controller in controlling effect of anti-jamming performance and controlling index. The experiment results show that the propsed fusion control strategy is valid,feasible and effective. It is high in control precision,good in dynamic and steady control quality,and also very robust.
