炼钢厂软水站失效软水回收改造可行性分析

摘要 在软水站的外排水回收利用基础上,对软水站的正洗排水系统进行简单的节流改造.对失效软水进行回收利用,可节约10%的连铸浊环水生水补水量,吨钢新水耗降低0.01t水/t钢.同时还能改善连铸机浊环水水质。 On the basis of reclaiming of outfall waste water from the soft water station, a simple throttling reform on the conventional well-flushing drainage system of the soft water station was carried out to reclaim and utilize failure soft water, which can save 10% continuous casting turbid circulating water supply quantity, reduce fresh water consumption per ton steel by 0. 01 t, and at the same time improve continuous caster turbid circulating water quality.
