摘要
目的探讨腔内旁路移植术治疗腹主动脉瘤，研究其技术操作及临床应用。方法对９例腹主动脉瘤病人经腹股沟部切口暴露股动脉，经股动脉小切口插入人造血管复合体，动脉造影表明达到腔内完全隔绝。结果８例成功，术后近期效果良好，恢复正常生活。结论腔内旁路移植术具有微创、简便、疗效确实的优点，较传统手术有着较大的优越性，有着良好的发展前景。
Objective\ Exploring endovascular exclusion of abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA)and the manipulations and clinical usage of the operation.Methods\ Nine patients who had AAA were placed endovascular graft through femoral artery and aortography showed complete exclusion.Results\ Success in eight cases,after the operation the symptoms relieved and the patients recovered.Conclusion\ Compared with classical operation,the endovascular exclusion of AAA has the merits of mini-invasion,simplicity and solid effects,and has a bright prospect.
