摘要
目的通过对原代藏酋猴进行外周血细胞及血液生化指标测定,了解不同年龄段藏酋猴的生理指标差异。方法在清醒状态下采集30只藏酋猴后肢静脉血,检测血液学和血液生化指标。结果与同属灵长类动物检测结果比较,具有较高的一致性,但也存在种属特点。结论藏酋猴随着体重和年龄增大,血糖有增高的趋势。
Objective To analyze the difference of physiological signs in Macaca thibetana at different ages, the part in- deices of peripheral blood cells and haemal biochemical parameters were measured for Macaca thibetana. Methods The part biochemical parameters were measured from 30 individuals of Macaca thibetana fixed to collect the venous blood of hind limbs. Results Compared with the reported experimental measurements of primates, the part biochemical parameters of Macaca thibetana are consistent with its congener, but of its own characteristics. Conclusion The results showed that the weightier and older in Macnca thibetana, the higher tendency in blood sugar.
