摘要 目的探讨不同负荷跑台训练对大鼠大脑皮质海马区形态结构及VEGF、eNOS表达的影响。方法将45只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、一般负荷训练组和过度负荷训练组,每组15只,训练8周后,对海马组织进行形态学观察并进行VEGF水平测定以及内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)灰度值扫描。结果 (1)过度负荷训练组大鼠大脑海马组织中锥体细胞数目较正常对照组与一般负荷训练组有明显的下降(P<0.01);(2)过度负荷训练组大鼠大脑海马区组织形态出现病理现象;(3)运动组ET、VEGF含量较对照组显著性增高(P<0.01),过度负荷训练组ET、VEGF含量较一般负荷训练组有明显增高(P<0.05);(4)运动组eNOS表达较对照组明显增强(P<0.01),而一般负荷训练组与过度负荷训练组eNOS表达无明显差异。结论适宜的运动对海马组织信息的传递、学习、记忆过程以及调节脑血流量,提高脑血管膜自身保护都产生积极、良好的影响,而过度负荷的运动使脑组织缺血缺氧,导致海马组织中细胞的损伤。 In order to probe into the effect of the expressions of VEGF, eNOS, ET and morphology on rats' Cerebral Cortex and hippocampus by training on different load Platform - running, 45 rats were chosen and randomly divided into 3 groups with 15 of them each. They are normal control team ( NT), medium load team (MT) and over load team (OT). By the observation of the morphologic changes of rats and the scanning of the Grey - value of eNOS during the 8 weeks' training, this research is aimed to prove the number of the pyramidal cell in hippocampus area because of OT has decreased obliviously compared to MT and SC(P 〈0.01 ) ; the pathologic features have appeared in the hippocampus area of rats' brain because of OT; the contents of ET and VEGF of training groups has increased obviously in contrast to SC (P 〈 0.01 ), and the contents of ET and VEGF of OT has increased obviously in contrast to MT (P 〈 0.05 ) ;the expression of eNOS of training groups has increased obviously in contrast to SC (P 〈 0.01 ) while there is no difference of the expression of eNOS between MT and OT. Therefore, it can be concluded that moderate exercises have positive effect on the hippocampus of brain in the process of information transference, learning and memory as well as in cerebral blood flow regulation and cerebravascular self - protection. On the other hand, over - load exercise may cause the insufficiency of cerebral circulation and the damage of the hippocampus cells.
