摘要
利用1993年国家卫生服务总调查资料,结合农村改良医院规划模型的计算结果,参照1989年卫生部颁布的《医院分级管理办法》,分析了我国农村卫生人力的配置效率及影响因素的现状;提出全国农村及四类农村地区卫生人力配置效率均有待提高,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类地区病床使用率有待提高,Ⅳ类地区平均住院天数有待缩短,Ⅰ类地区床工比有所降低。
Optimal disposition and employment of rural health service professionals involve in - depth exploration and solution ofproblems such as: what are the reasons for alow, average or ideal bed - utility rate; how to realize favourable interactions between health services and the population' s socioeconomic, cultural, epidemiological improvements; can out - patient services word and effectively to decrease in patient services, if there is now inadequate network of communication lines; are the development potentials in existing staff expected to meet the present and future long - term hospital needs of the population, in consideration of what special services and how they should provide; there are needs for healthcare decision -maders, hospital planners and health economists to formulate programs better adapted to the health services development of the four types of rural areas.
