竹节参皂苷与多糖组合物对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法取清洁级Balb/c小鼠,腹腔注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)制备免疫功能低下小鼠模型;摘取脾脏称重并计算脾指数,流式细胞术检测T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞)比例、B细胞及NK细胞比例的变化;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量。结果竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物可提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数,提升体内CD4+、B淋巴细胞及NK细胞比例,提高血清中IL-2、IFN-γ含量。结论竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物可增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能,且效果优于单独应用竹节参皂苷或竹节参多糖。 Objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of saponin-polysaccharide and Panax japonicus composition on immunosuppressed mice.Methods Immunosuppressed murine model was established in Balb/c mice induced by cyclophosphamide(Cy).The splenic indexes were evaluated according to spleen weight.CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T cells,B cells and NK cells in peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometry.Serum IL-2 and IFN-γ were assessed by ELISA.Results Immunodepressed mice treated by composition of saponin-polysaccharide and Panax japonicus was observed with high splenic indexes,marked increasing percentage of peripheral blood CD4+ T cells,B cells and NK cells and high serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ.Furthermore,improvement in immune function was more prominent in mice treated with saponin-polysaccharide and Panax japonicus composition than those with saponins or polysaccharide alone.Conclusion The saponin-polysaccharide and Panax japonicus composition can improve immune function on the Cy-induced immunosuppressed mice.
