非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术396例 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病的疗效及围术期经验。方法对396例冠心病患者采用非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗;搭桥1~4支,平均搭桥(2.7±0.9)支。手术时间(151±27)min。结果死亡9例,其余顺利出院。随访生活质量明显提高。结论非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术安全有效,疗效的关键是提高围术期处理水平。
