摘要
首先合成了含环氧基团的醇溶性聚丙烯酸酯作为主剂,然后合成出氨基封端的聚醚型聚氨酯作为固化剂,通过调节二者的配比来得到双组分醇溶性聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯复合胶。用红外(FTIR)、核磁(NMR)和热分析(TG、DTG)表征了主剂与固化剂的结构,并用红外光谱对胶粘剂的固化过程进行了表征,研究了双组分胶的配比对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,该复膜胶具有环保、无毒、剥离强度高和常温快速固化等特点,适用于制备塑料复合薄膜。当主剂/固化剂=10/2(质量比),常温下熟化时间24 h,该复合胶的粘接性能最佳。
The alcohol soluble polyacrylate with epoxy group was synthesized as the main agent firstly.Then the polyurethane with ethyl ammine blocked was synthesized as the curing agent.Two-component alcohol soluble polyacrylate-polyurethane laminating adhesive was got by adjusting the mass ratio of the two components.FTIR,NMR,TG and DTG were used to confirming the structure of the main agent and curing agent,and the curing process of the adhesive was characterized by FTIR.Influence of mass ratio of two-component on properties of the laminating adhesive was researched.The experiment results showed that the laminating adhesive for laminated plastics film had characteristics of environment friendly,nontoxic,high peeling strength and speediness curing at room temperature which met to prepare the plastic film.When the mass ratio of main agent and curing agent at 10∶2,curing time was 24 hours at room temperature,the adhesive was the best on the adhesion strength.
