摘要
加强农村中心村建设,是农村现代化发展的必由之路,也是实现土地节约集约利用的重要途径。而中心村的选取是否合理则是中心村建设能否顺利进行的重要条件。通过构建村庄综合实力评价的指标体系,采用客观赋权法确定指标权重,对村庄综合实力进行了评价,运用SPSS的聚类分析功能来选取中心村。并以临澧县杨板乡为例,应用模型对其进行了中心村的选取,对评价结果进行了分析。结果表明,该模型的运用使中心村的选取更趋科学化、客观化、合理化,有助于今后中心村的建设。
Strengthening the construction of central village is an important way to develop the country modernization and to realize land saving and intensive use.At the same time,the selection of central village is rational or not is the key condition that the construction of central village goes on wheels or not.To insure the selection of central village is more impersonality and more rational,an index system for evaluation of village synthetical strength was established,and weighting all the indexes by objective weighting method,then used the cluster analysis function of SPSS to select the central villages.These methods were used for select central villages for Yangban Town in Linli County,and the evaluation results were also analyzed.The results indicated that the application of the system made the selection of central village more scientific,impersonality,rational and more helpful for the development of central village from now on.
