摘要
介绍了船载云台的特点和应用范围,对其指标要求、稳定误差分析和控制系统框架进行了分析说明。详细叙述了MATLAB软件进行系统建模、性能分析以及该软件环境下的Simulink仿真工具进行稳定精度仿真的方法和步骤。实际试验表明仿真的结果与实际效果基本一致。该设计过程表明,使用MATLAB软件可以大大缩短设计时间,减少风险。该设计方法对类似的稳定系统设计具有借鉴意义。
The paper introduces the characteristics and applications of shipboard stabilizing camera platform,then presents the specification requirements,stability error analysis and control system architecture of a platform as an example.The paper describes in detail the methods and processes of system modeling and performance analysis with MATLAB as well as the stable precision simulation with Simulink.The result of simulation is coincident with the actual test on a 3-axis platform.The design indicates that the time of system design and debugging and the risk of project can be reduced by using MATLAB and Simulink.It is recommendable for similar stable systems.
