摘要
随着高等教育的不断改革深化,高教事业已实现了跨越式发展。与此同时,办学条件与教育发展之间的矛盾也日益突出,高校在财政资金和自筹收入不能满足建设需求的情况下,大量利用银行贷款,加大了高校的财务风险。面对风险,必须更新观念,重新审视适合高校财务风险的规避措施,正确定位并及时化解高校财务风险,以期促进高校健康持续发展。
With the continuous deepening of reform of higher education,higher education industry has been achieved leaps and bounds.At the same time,school conditions and the contradictions between the development of education is also increasingly prominent colleges and universities in financial capital and self-generated income can not meet the building needs of the circumstances,extensive use of bank loans,increasing the college＇s financial risk.The face of their risk,we must update their concepts,to re-examine the financial risk for colleges and universities circumvention measures,correct positioning and promptly resolve financial risks colleges and universities with a view to promote healthy and sustainable development of colleges and universities.
