摘要
在四球机上研究了二(2-乙基己基)二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼与常用内燃机油添加剂(包括二硫代磷酸锌、高碱值石油磷酸钙和双丁二酰亚胺)的复配特性.结果表明,这些添加剂彼此复配时均有一适宜的加量范围,方可对摩擦磨损性能产生增效作用,因而实际使用时必须慎重选择.同时、借助俄歇电子能谱分析,对添加剂之间的相互作用进行了初步的探讨.
Four - ball machine tests were performed to study the friction reducing and antiwear properties of sulfurized oxymolybdenum di - (2 - ethylhexyl) dithiophosphate combining with the typical motor oil additives, such as zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, high TBN calcium sulphonate and bis - succinimide. The experimental results showed that the synergistic effect may be observed when the quantity of additives combined was appropriate. Furthermore, the interaction of additives was also studied through Auger electron spectroscopy analysis.
