摘要 论述了粉石英在经行星球磨机超细粉碎时在晶体结构和物理化学方面所发生的变化。采用粒度分析、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、差热分析等测试手段,揭示了粉石英在球磨过程中晶体结构破坏程度的阶段性以及各晶面破坏程度的同步性,并通过碱溶和水溶试验,验证了表面无定形层的形成。 Mecho chemical action and change of crystal structure in the superfine grinding course of powdered silica investigats in this paper. By using particle size analysis, SEM, X ray diffraction method and DTA, the author analyses the changes in crystal structure of powdered silica in the superfine grinding course, and explains the characteristic of process and coexisting shown in the same course. Finally, the formation of facial amorphous layer has been proved by the experiment of alkaline solution and watery solution.
