摘要
结合"7.16"大连新港输油管道火灾爆炸事故,对输油管道可能存在的风险事故进行识别,由此提出有效的输油管道风险管理和防范措施。
Based on ＂7. 16＂ oil pipeline fire accidents of Dalian new harbor,this paper analyzes the possible risk accidents of oil pipelines,and then proposes the effective risk management and preventive measures of oil pipelines.
