摘要
对广钢第一电炉炼钢厂两炉连浇流程中时间因素进行解析,首次应用时间点、时间域、时间序、时间位等概念定量解释了LF精炼炉的缓冲调节功能,分析不同时间位所对应的精炼工序的温度变化,得出了比较优化的操作方案。
This paper analyzes the time factor of twoheat sequential casting at No1 EAF Steelmaking Plant of Guangzhou Iron & Steel Co, Ltd Applying the concept of time point,time domain,time sequence and time position firstly, the function of buffering and matching of LF is explained quantitatively Corresponding with the time position, the temperature change of steel in LF is analyzed.As a result, an optimum operation plan is obtained
