摘要
对我国建筑垃圾处理的现状进行了分析,提出了利用计算机网络、PFI融资模式等,采取"政府引导、社会参与、市场运作"的投资和运营方式对城市建筑垃圾进行综合利用处理的对策,以实现建筑垃圾减量化、资源化和无害化的目标。
The paper analyzes the current situation for the architectural rubbish treatment in China, points out the comprehensive application strategies by adopting the investment and operation ways including the government leading, the social involvement, and market operation by using computer network and PFI financial model, so as to realize the reduction, the resource and non-harmfulness of architectural rubbish.
