界定了高技能人才的概念,并对国内外相关理论研究成果进行了评述,阐释了中铁八局集团在高技能人才培养方面所面临的主要问题和矛盾,提出了加快中铁八局集团高技能人才队伍建设的对策。
The paper defines the concept of the high-skilled talents, illustrates the research results for the relative theories at home and abroad, illustrates the main problems and contradiction for Railway Eighth Group in training high-skilled talents, and points out the strategies to improve the high-skilled talents construction for Railway Eighth Group.
