摘要
改革开发以来,我国经济快速发展,东部沿海地区小城镇的管理体制已制约了经济发展,镇政府承担的责任与管理权限之间的矛盾日益尖锐。镇域经济发展对省域经济发展水平起着至关重要的作用,因此,从区域经济发展角度来看,增强镇域经济发展符合科学发展观的理念。"镇级市"的建立是打破小城镇经济发展瓶颈的重要举措,是区域经济发展的必然选择。
Since the reform and opening,China＇s economy development rapidly,the management system in the eastern coastal has constrained economic development.The conflict between the town government＇s responsibilities and the management rights has become increasingly acute.Development of town economy plays a crucial role to the provincial economy.Therefore,from the perspective of regional economic development,enhancing the town economy development meets the concept of scientific development.＂Township City＂ is an important measure to break the bottlenecks of the small twon economic development,and it is also the inevitable choice for the regional economic development.
