摘要
研究了现有的各种液相(离子)色谱技术在石硫合剂(LSSS)及改性石硫合剂(MLSSS)分析中的应用,比较了LSSS和MLSSS中HS-,S2O2-3,SO2-3,S2-x等离子在不同介质酸度下离子排斥,离子交换及反相离子对色谱的应用范围。首次提出了用聚甲基丙烯酸酯为载体,其上导入季铵基官能团做离子交换的非抑制柱方式,检测硫及其化合物。使用210nm紫外波长检测和NaHCO3—Na2CO3(pH=10)缓冲盐流动相,方法快速、灵敏,为LSSS和MLSSS的研究提供了高选择性、多组分分离分析技术。
Various kinds of liquid chromatography technology at present in application of analyles of surlphur bearing species, and the ions exclusion and exchange of HS-, S2O2-3, SO2-3,S2- x, etcWTBZ], in LSSS and MLSSS under the conditions of difterent media and different degree of acidity are studies, the application range of chromatography to reversion ions is also studied.The polymethacrylare is used as the carrier for the fivst time on whier quatemary ammonium functional group is induced as the ionexchange suppreesion column to measure sultur and itscompounds uv spectrum with wavelength 210 nm is in use as the detector and the baffering agent NaHCO3Na2CO3(pH=10)the mobile phase. The methodis proved rapid and sensitive and with high selectivity at the same time, it is a separation and analyses technology of multicomponent system. It is realized that the above teehnique is an effective method for detecting multiions bearing sulfur in aqueous solutions simultaneously.
