摘要
目的:了解本市无偿献血者梅毒血清学阳性的主要高危人群情况,做好采血前防控措施。方法:回顾近年来,本市无偿献血人群资料,分析总结梅毒血清学阳性主要分布的年龄段、性别及职业情况。结果:36～45岁年龄段及农民无偿献血者的阳性率最高,性别上无明显差异。结论:应在对36～45岁年龄段中的无偿献血者健康征询过程中把好献血第一关。
Objective：To understand situation of free blood donor with syphilis serology masculine main high-risk group in this city,complete prevention and control measures in front of the blood picking.Methods：To review the data of voluntary blood donors in recent years,my city donates blood without compensation the crowd material,analyze and summarize age section、sex distribution and professional situation of syphilis serology masculine.Results：In 35-45 year old of age sections and the farmer free blood donor＇s masculine gender rate was highest,no obvious difference in sex.Conclusion：We should give the first pass in 35-45 years old of age section free blood donor in the health questionnaire process.
