摘要
目的分析住院患者抗肿瘤药物应用情况,探讨其应用趋势和应用合理性。方法对我院2008年应用抗肿瘤药物的种类、用量、金额和用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果我院住院患者应用抗肿瘤药物有6大类共43个品种,DDDs排序前3位的是亚叶酸钙、5-氟脲嘧啶、香菇多糖;用药金额排序前3位的是奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、香菇多糖。结论我院抗肿瘤药物的应用现状及趋势基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势。
Objective To investigate and analyze the situation of anti-tumor drug utilization for our hospital inpatients in 2008 and to discuss its trend and rationality.Methods The data of the kinds,total dose,money consumption and DDDs for the drugs were analyzed.Results The analysis showed that 43 kinds of drugs were used for our hospital inpatients in 2008.The drugs of the first three according to DDDs were Calcium Folinate,5-Fluorouracil and Lentinan.The drugs of the first three according to money consumption were Oxaliplatin,Calcium Folinate and Lentinan.Conclusions Utilization of anti-tumor drug in our hospital is basically consistent with the situation in our country.
