摘要
目的通过对SPECT全身骨显像的影响因素分析,来提高图片质量。方法随机选择1600例全身骨显像图片,根据优质骨显像的标准进行评估,并对瑕疵片的影响因素进行分析。结果优质片1498份,占95%;瑕疵片102份,占5%。结论 SPECT全身骨显像的影响因素有多种,导致瑕疵片的影响因素主要有骨显像标记因素、核素污染因素、仪器因素、异物遮挡因素等。如能克服上述因素的影响,则对提高SPECT全身骨显像图片质量具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To improve the quality of the whole body bone imaging,and study the factors affecting it.Methods The 1 600 films of whole body bone imaging were randomly collected,and all of these films were evaluated according to the standard of good quality factors affecting bone imaging were analyzed.Results The 1 498 films（95%） were in good quality,and the 102 films（5%） were in poor quality.Conclusion Many factors can result in poor quality of the whole body bone imaging.The factors that affect the films of poor quality include labeled bone agents,nuclide contamination,systematic errors of machine,metal items on patients body.It is important to avoid these affecting factors in order to get images with good quality.
