摘要
[目的]为使病人顺利完成共聚焦显微内镜的检查,保障安全性、有效性,减少荧光素钠对比剂的不良反应及检查后的不良反应而提供有效的护理措施。[方法]对我院143例共聚焦显微内镜检查病人进行护理,分析各项处理对术后并发症的影响。[结果]143例病人全部完成共聚焦显微内镜检查,病人术前血压与术后血压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病人原有过敏史及检查前空腹时间的长短对产生药物不良反应有一定影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),检查后不良反应发生率为21.7%。[结论]术前采取适当的禁食时间,加强解释及做好预见性护理工作,术中给予正确、有效的操作配合及严密的病情观察,是完成共聚焦显微内镜检查的有效保证,也是减少检查并发症的护理关键。
Objective： To enable the successful completion of patients accep- ting confocal micro - endoscopy, for the safety and effectiveness of them, and to reduce side effects of sodium fluorescein contrast agent and adverse reactions of the exa ruination, so as to provide effective nursing for patients. Methods：A total of 143 cases accepting confocal micro - endoscopy in our hospital were received nursing observation. The influence of various han- dlings on postoperative complications had been analyzed. Results：All 143 pa- tients have completed confocal micro - endoscopy. In terms of preoperative and postoperative blood pressure of patients,there was statistical significant differences （P〈0.01）. Patients with allergic history and the duration of fast- ing before the examination have some influences on adverse drug reactions of them. There was statistical significant differences between them（P〈0.01）. The adverse reaction rate among patients after examination was 21. 7%. Conclusion： Appropriate preoperative fasting time, to strengthen explaina tion and good predictability of nursing work, effective operative coordination and close observation of the illness condition of patients are effective guaran- tee for completing confocal micro - endoscopy. It is also nursing key to reduce complications of the examination.
