《测试技术》课程实验教学系统探讨

摘要 为了提高测试技术课程的实验教学水平,通过分析该课程的特点和教学内容,研究了在现今技术条件下实验教学系统的构成要求,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的综合实验系统。采用传感器实验仪构成动态振动测试单元,并用计算机数据采集系统对信号采集,在虚拟仪器平台上对采集信号进行分析、处理和结果输出。用软件替代了示波器和信号发生器等传统仪器,能够柔性地通过软件的调整扩展实验内容和实验种类,使学生生动直观理解和掌握测试技术课程的知识点。实践证明该实验系统取得了良好的教学效果。 By analyzing the teaching features and contents of the course "Test Technology" and researching the constitutive requirement of experimental teaching system,a new comprehensive experiment system was set up based on virtual instrument in order to improve the testing level. The sensor tester was used to constitute a vibration test unit,and the computer data acquisition system was used for signal acquisition. In the virtual instrument platform the signal was analyzed,handled and output. Because of using the software instead of traditional instrument,such as oscilloscopes and signal generators,the system can be adjusted flexibly by recreating softwaer to change experiment contents and varieties. It does help students vivitdly and intuitively understand the key knowledge of Test Technology. By actual teaching practice it has shown that the experimental system obtains a good teaching result.
