摘要
根据温室大棚环境参数测控实际需要,设计了一套主从组合的分布式测控系统。该系统由主测控单元和不同类型的从机测控模块构成。主测控单元采用STC12C5A32S2单片机,液晶显示温室全部参数和当前控制状态,直接测控温湿度和CO2浓度,并集中温室各种参数进行模糊控制运算;从机模块有土壤含水率测控模块和光照度测控模块。这种结构主机单片机数据存储量较大,便于模糊控制专家系统数据存储、修改和系统升级,且操作方便,显示信息量多,人机交互界面友好;部分参数测控集中于主机,减少了从机数目,提高了系统的可靠性;可以根据需要选用不同类型和数量的从机,实现温室的分区分块控制。
According to the actual needs of greenhouse environmental parameters monitoring and control,a master-slave combination of distributed measurement and control system was designed.The system consists of a main monitoring and control unit and different types of slave measurement and control modules.The master control unit uses STC12C5A32S2 MCU to display all the parameters and the current control state of greenhouse with LCD.It can measure and control temperature and humidity,and CO2 concentration directly,and concentrate various parameters of greenhouse to fuzzy control algorithms.Slave module has soil moisture measurement and control module and the illumination measurement and control module.This structure has large amount of data storage with host microcontroller,can facilitate data storage of fuzzy control expert system,modification and system upgrades,and is easy to operate,can show the amount of information more,and make man-made machine interface friendly.Some parameters and control focused on the host,reduce the number of slave and improve the reliability of the system,and can choose different types and quantities of slave modules needed from greenhouse,to achieve the control of partition block.
