摘要
借鉴生物基因遗传变异原理,利用构建类似生物基因的产品设计过程基因进行设计过程建模。通过对产品设计过程的一般设计过程特性、基于产品类型的过程特性以及基于设计类型的过程特性3种产品设计过程特性的识别与分析,根据生物性状与生物基因之间的关系,映射出过程特性与过程基因之间的关系,在此基础上分析了产品设计过程基因,最后揭示了过程基因的功能结构,并分析了过程基因到过程特性的转化。
Design process is modeled through constructing design process gene which is similar to biological gene. Design process gene is a concept formed by introducing the principle of biological heredity and variation into the field of product design process. Three types of design peocess characteristics that are cataloged into common characteristics,product type-related characteristic and design type-related characteristic are identified and analyzed. The relationship between characteristics of design process and design process gene is described in the way that biological gene is related to biological characteristics. Based on this,design process gene is explored further. Finally,the functional structure of design process gene is disclosed and the translation from design process gene to characteristics of design process are analyzed too.
