摘要
两汉时期自然灾害频仍,给人民的生产生活造成很大损失。两汉统治者出台了一系列相关的救济制度和措施,如仓储制度、赈济、借贷和蠲免等,最大限度地减轻灾害造成的损失,以维护社会的稳定和人民生活的安定。
Great lose of property and life has been caused by frequent natural disasters in the Han Dynasties.Thus,a series of social relief policies have been made and put into effects by the imperial authorities in order to reduce the lose to a minimal size and to obtain a stable social order for people to live peacefully.The relief policies include keeping grains in storehouses;supplying relief for the need;taking out loans;and reducing taxes,etc.
