摘要
目的:对比针灸和手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将35例患者分为两组,针灸组17例,手法组18例,通过WOMAC问卷观察治疗前、治疗2周后和治疗4周后的关节疼痛、僵硬和功能障碍的变化情况。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗2周后两组患者疼痛和功能障碍均明显改善,手法组僵硬有所改善,针灸组僵硬无改善;治疗4周后两组患者疼痛和功能障碍均显著改善,手法组僵硬显著改善,针灸组僵硬无改善;两组治疗在疼痛和功能障碍的缓解上比较均无统计学意义,在僵硬的缓解上比较,治疗2周后有统计学意义,治疗4周后无统计学意义。结论:针灸和手法均是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法,均可有效缓解疼痛和功能障碍,且在缓解疼痛和僵硬上两法无明显差异,手法还可有效缓解僵硬,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To contrast the clinical effects between acupuncture and manipulation in curing knee osteoarthritis. Methods 35 cases of knee osteoarthritis enrolled were divided randomly into two groups：the acupuncture group（n = 17） and the manipulation group（n = 18）. Then evaluated the changes of the pain,stiffness and dysfunction of joint before and 2,4 weeks after the treatment using WOMAC questionnaire. Results Compared with baseline, the pain and dysfunction were improved significantly in both two groups 2 and 4 weeks later, stiffness was improved in the manipulation group but not in the acupuncture group. There were no statistics significances in the alleviation of pain and dysfunction between the two groups.But there was a statistics significance in the alleviation of stiffness between the two groups 2 weeks later while 4 weeks later had not. Conclusion Both manipulation and acupuncture are effective methods to cure the knee osteoarthritis,can alleviate the pain and the dysfunction effectively with no significant differences.And manipulation also can alleviate stiffness.It is worth to be promoted widely in clinical use.
