摘要
高职院校在督导机构设置、督导队伍建设、督导机制运行等方面都存在一些问题和不足,导致教学督导工作效率偏低。改变这一现状,可以从充分提高对教学督导工作重要性的认识,正确确定督导机构职能,建立科学的督导工作运行机制,加强督导队伍建设等方面着手,以达到提高其工作效率的目的。
There exist some problems and shortages in the institution setup, staff construction and mechanism operation of monitoring work of higher vocational schools, which resulted in the low efficiency of monitoring work. In order to solve these problems and enhance the working efficiency of teaching monitoring, higher vocational schools should fully recognize the importance of teaching monitoring work, identify rightly the functions of monitoring institutions, build scientific operation mechanism and strengthen the construction monitoring staff.
